• Suspected reseller activity
Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled. Please refer to our Returns section for further action.
3. Pricing & Modifications
All prices are listed in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.
We strive to ensure accuracy in product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, we cannot guarantee that all content is error-free or that colors will be displayed accurately on your device.
4. Delivery & Logistics
We deliver within selected areas in Malaysia. Once dispatched, a tracking number will be provided via email or SMS.
Our delivery partners will wait a maximum of 30 minutes upon arrival. Missed deliveries due to customer unavailability may result in re-delivery fees.
5. Old Mattress Disposal
We offer old mattress disposal service in selected areas within Klang Valley. The fee for our old mattress disposal service is RM150 per mattress, per location and it is not refundable. The old mattress service covers pick-up, manpower and disposal service only. The service does not cover delivery of the old mattress to another address of the customer's choice.
6. Returns & Refunds
We offer a 120-night trial on mattresses and pillows. If unsatisfied, customers may initiate a return after 30 nights of use and within 120 days of purchase.
Returned items must be in acceptable condition, securely packaged in original plastic or equivalent. Items that are heavily stained, damaged, or used for purposes other than intended (e.g. photoshoots, display, resale) will not qualify for refunds.
Inspections occur bi-weekly. Once approved, refunds will be issued within 14–21 business days to the original or an approved alternate payment method.
7. Privacy Policy
By using this Website, you agree to the collection and use of personal data including your name, address, contact details, and browsing behavior for purposes such as order processing, analytics, and marketing (where consent is provided). We do not sell your personal data.
