120 Days Trial - Terms and Conditions
120-Night Trial Policy – Cloud Series Mattress
We offer a 120-night trial for all Cloud Series mattresses, allowing you to experience the comfort and support in your own home with confidence.
Trial Period & Eligibility
- The trial period begins from the date of delivery.
- Customers may request a return after a minimum of 30 nights of use (adjustment period).
- All return requests must be submitted within 120 days of purchase.
- Requests made outside this period will not be eligible.
Return Requirements
To qualify for a return or refund, the mattress must meet the following conditions:
- Maintained in clean, hygienic, and acceptable condition.
- No visible stains, spills, odours, or dirt.
- Free from tears, structural damage, or misuse.
Must be securely repackaged in:
- Original plastic packaging, or
- Equivalent protective wrapping to ensure safe handling
Non-Returnable Conditions
Returns will be rejected if:
- The product is heavily stained, dirty, or unhygienic.
- There is physical damage (e.g. torn fabric, broken zipper, internal damage).
The item has been used for non-standard purposes such as:
- Photoshoots.
- Display units.
- Resale or commercial use.
- The product has been improperly handled or stored.
Inspection Process
- All returned items will undergo a quality inspection process conducted on a bi-weekly basis.
- Approval is subject to compliance with all return conditions.
- The company reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the required standards.
Refund Process
- Once the return is approved, refunds will be processed within 14–21 business days.
Refunds will be issued via:
Original payment method, or An approved alternative method (if required).
Important Notes
Returns are only accepted if the product is in proper hygienic condition
We strongly recommend using a mattress protector during the trial period
Only manufacturing defects are eligible for exchange or return consideration
This policy applies strictly to Cloud Series mattresses only.
