Is delivery free across Malaysia?
Yes! We offer Free shipping within Peninsular Malaysia. For East Malaysia, a small delivery fee may apply depending on your location.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of payment methods including Visa, MasterCard, FPX online banking, and eWallets (such as Touch ‘n Go, GrabPay, Boost, Shopeepay).
How long will it take to receive my Nosto order?
Most orders are processed and shipped out within 1–3 working days.
Estimated arrival time may vary based on your order and location.
How will my order be delivered?
Your Nosto products will be delivered via our trusted logistic partners, safely compressed in a box for convenience and efficiency.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your item is shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can monitor the journey of your Nosto product.
Can I place an order now and schedule delivery later?
Yes, you can. Just leave a note at checkout or contact our support team to arrange for a later delivery date.
Do you deliver on weekends?
In selected areas, Saturday deliveries are available. However, we do not deliver on Sundays or public holidays.
Do I need to be home for delivery?
Preferably yes, as a signature may be required upon delivery. If not, please leave a note with instructions or contact us beforehand.
What if my building has no lift?
No worries – we’ll still deliver to your doorstep, but extra charges may apply for higher floors without lift access.
Trial and Returns (120-Night Home Comfort Trial)
Can I try the mattress before buying?
We don’t have a physical showroom (yet), but we offer a 120-Night Home Comfort Trial so you can test it in your own home.
How does the return process work?
If Nosto isn’t right for you, no stress – returns are free within the trial period. Simply contact our customer support to initiate
the process.
Do I need to keep the packaging for returns?
Nope! There’s no need to keep the box or plastic wrap, though it helps if your item is in good condition.
How do I return the mattress?
Just get in touch with us – we’ll coordinate with our partners to arrange a free pick-up from your location.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds are usually processed within 7–10 business days after we collect the returned item.
What happens to returned products?
We don’t resell returned items. Instead, we donate them to local charities or recycle responsibly, depending on their
condition.

Warranty
What does the 10-year mattress warranty cover?
Our 10-year warranty protects against visible sagging, foam defects, and manufacturing faults that impact performance under
normal use.
What does the 2-year pillow warranty cover?
The 2-year warranty for Nosto pillows covers material defects, structural damage, and flattening beyond acceptable standards.
How do I make a warranty claim?

Nosto Mattress
How long does the mattress take to fully expand?
After unboxing, the mattress will begin expanding immediately. Give it 24–48 hours to reach its full comfort and firmness.
What is an adjustment period?
It may take a couple of weeks for your body to fully adjust to the new support system. That’s why we offer a 120-night trial.
What is the Nosto mattress made of?
Our mattresses are made with multi-layered N-Foam™, designed for pressure relief, durability, and breathability, perfect for tropical climates.
Will the mattress trap heat?
Nope! Nosto mattresses feature cooling channels and breathable layers to promote airflow and reduce heat retention.
Do I need to flip the mattress?
Not at all. Our mattress is one-sided, but we do recommend rotating it 180° every 6 months for even wear.
Will the mattress sag over time?
Thanks to our high-resilience foam base, Nosto mattresses are designed to resist sagging and maintain support for years.
How do I clean the mattress?
Use a mild detergent and damp cloth to spot clean. The outer fabric is not removable or machine washable.
How heavy is the mattress?
Depending on size, weights range from 15kg (Single) to 35kg (King).
Can I use my own bedsheets?
Of course. Standard fitted sheets work just fine with Nosto mattresses.
How soon can I sleep on it?
You can sleep on your Nosto mattress on the same day it’s unboxed, though it may take up to 48 hours to fully expand.
How long can I keep the mattress in the box?
We recommend unboxing it within 30 days to preserve its structure and freshness.
Nosto Pillow
How do I care for the Nosto Pillow?
The outer cover is removable and machine washable. The inner core should not be washed – just air it out occasionally.
How long does the pillow last?
With proper care, your Nosto pillow can last 2–3 years, depending on usage and sleeping habits.
What happens to returned pillows?
Returned pillows are never resold – we either donate or responsibly dispose of them.
How do I know if the pillow suits my neck/shoulder curve?
Our Nosto Pillow is designed with ergonomic support. If you're unsure, our trial period gives you time to decide if it's the perfect fit.
